Job Title: Senior Housing Officer Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum DOE Location: Maplehurst House, Broadfield Park, Crawley RH11 9GJ Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with 1 hour unpaid break, with availability for call outs on rota Contract Type: Full Time The role: You will be part of a team that focuses on tenant support, housing management, and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) case management.
Responsibilities include conducting tenant interviews and risk assessments, assisting with Housing Benefit claims, and working closely with external agencies to meet tenant needs.
The role involves leading high-priority ASB cases, ensuring compliance with ASB policies, and collaborating with partner agencies for effective enforcement and resident safeguarding.
Additional duties include issuing tenancy warnings, promoting mediation for disputes, providing performance reports, and maintaining partnerships with organisations.
Monthly reports and KPIs are provided to management, highlighting team progress and service improvements.
