Job summary Senior Health Care Support WorkerThe successful applicant will be able to do physiological observations on all age ranges, they will also be able to utilise extended skills such as plastering and venepuncture in a busy Urgent Treatment Centre located at John Coupland Hospital.Experience of working in an Urgent Treatment Centre is desirable Main duties of the job Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is a vibrant and creative organisation which provides a diverse range of clinical services across Lincolnshire.
We pride ourselves in putting 'Patients First' and are seeking enthusiastic individuals who share these values.We have a 24 hour vacancy for a Senior Health Care Support Workers at Gainsborough Urgent Treatment Centre and are looking for an individual who is an excellent team worker and is self motivated.
They will have a good general education, Care certificate or equivalent, NVQ level 3 or happy to work toward.
They would ideally have System One knowledge and have current Urgent / Emergency Care experience with some extended clinical skills.If you are an enthusiastic person who would like to work within a supportive urgent care service developing different competencies and skills we would like to hear from you.

Knowledge/Skills/aptitude Essential Good written and oral communication skills Able to manage own workload Able to use System one Able to work in a busy and demanding environment
