Apply a wide range of hair colouring techniques (Balayage & Highlights).
Maintain a clean, friendly, and professional salon environment.
Create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks.
Manage daily operations of the salon, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of stylists to meet performance targets.
We are looking for a professional individual with the following key requirements: Professional manner and appearance.
Trustworthy nature.
Excellent customer service.
Reliable commuting to Blackburn or plans to relocate before the job starts is mandatory.
Minimum 4 years hairdressing experience (Key requirement).
2 years leadership experience (Preferred).
Has a passion to create content to market the treatments through our social media platforms.
Hold a Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Licence/Certification (preferred).
Working Hours: Full time/Permanent/Flexible Availability for Self Employed candidates.
Hourly rate: £14.
