Job Title: Senior Growth Manager Department: Marketing and Communications Location: Reading, United Kingdom Reporting to: Group CEO Salary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum ROLE SUMMARY: The Senior Growth and Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategies that drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
This role requires a strategic thinker with significant experience in marketing, who can lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and a proven track record in driving business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Strategic Growth Planning: ? Develop and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
? Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
? Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth strategies with business objectives.

Marketing Leadership: ? Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
? Oversee the development of content, digital marketing, social media, and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
? Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
3.
Customer Acquisition and Retention: ? Design and execute customer acquisition strategies that target high-value segments.
? Develop and optimize retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
? Use data-driven insights to refine customer personas and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
4.
Brand Management: ? Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
? Lead initiatives to build brand equity and increase brand loyalty among target audiences.
? Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
5.
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: ? Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
? Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet targets.
? Implement A/B testing, customer segmentation, and other methods to optimize marketing efforts.
6.
Cross-functional Collaboration: ? Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
? Drive collaboration across departments to create cohesive strategies that support overall business goals.
? Lead and mentor the growth and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
7.
Partnerships and Alliances: ? Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that support growth objectives.
? Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with key partners.
? Explore new channels and partnerships to expand market reach and drive growth QUALIFICATIONS ? Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
? Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles.
? Skills: ? Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and brand management.
? Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
? Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
