If you have extensive experience with global share schemes (equity compensation) and enjoy building client relationships, this role will allow you to make an immediate impact while broadening your skills.
The role You will take a pivotal role in supporting clients and leading key global share scheme initiatives.
As part of this role you will: Use your knowledge of share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performance-based awards) to help clients manage their plans from a tax and strategic perspective.
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on share scheme compensation matters and mentoring junior team members.
Improve processes using share scheme administration platforms, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing global programs.
Experience Extensive experience in global share plans and cross-border compensation programs.
Strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams.
Problem-solving expertise, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios.
Hands-on leadership ability to review team output and provide mentorship.
