This critical role will be based in London with hybrid working and occasional international travel.

As the Senior Gender Lens Investment Manager , you'll be a game-changer in advancing PIDG's gender equality strategies.
Reporting to the Chief Sustainable Impact Officer, you'll provide cutting-edge advice on gender, diversity, and inclusion in investment decisions, portfolio management, and sector strategies.
You'll also pioneer PIDG's approach to safeguarding against gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) and enhance disability inclusion within their investments.
Your mission will include revolutionizing gender equality screening and assessments for investments, integrating comprehensive gender data into monitoring systems, developing impactful outcome indicators, conducting insightful portfolio analysis, and collaborating on innovative technical assistance and market engagement.
You'll also be the driving force behind PIDG's internal gender equality and inclusion initiatives.
PIDG's holistic approach includes dedicated investment objectives, group KPIs, and a sharp focus on managing gender risks and opportunities.
PIDG are active leaders in the 2X Global community and the climate and gender community of practice, backed by a dedicated GEDI task force and an annual action plan.
