These mission teams are focused on business and product objectives and may work on one or several products.
Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities will include: Actively contributing to the implementation of the product and technical roadmap, Developing various applications and services in Elixir (or Ruby) and React JS, Participating in the technical design of features and the development of new services, Promoting best practices and code quality through unit tests, documentation, etc., Representing the Tech team both internally and externally by participating in "employer branding" projects (writing articles, open source, meetups, etc.).
