Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager – EMEA Location: London Are you a fully qualified finance professional with 5+ years of post-qualification experience ?
Korn Ferry, a global organisational consulting firm, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager to join our Regional Finance Team for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

The Role In this highly visible role, you will: Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and analytics for EMEA business units.
Produce timely reports for the EMEA President and Regional Account Leaders.
Provide commercial analysis of contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with revenues and resource costs.
Develop standardised financial dashboards to support decision-making.
Analyse variances and prepare summarised insights for senior leadership.
Your Profile To succeed, you'll need: CIMA/ACA/ACCA Full qualification with 5+ years PQE .
Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and data analysis.
Strong business partnering skills, including contract reviews and KPI analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, VBA) , PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with SAP or similar systems; exposure to US GAAP is a plus.
Professional services sector experience.
You MUST hold the permanent right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship) Key Traits: Excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Able to build solid working relationships with Senior Leaders and be able to influence upwards Confident, proactive, and task-oriented.
Fluent in English (a second European language is a bonus).
