Senior Financial Analyst

WPR have been engaged by a leading insurance company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to be responsible for financial governance and providing financial analysis and support the "C suite" senior management team.
This position will leverage relationships across the business to drive a deeper understanding of profitability, allowing management to make informed decisions based upon sound financial insight.
The client is looking for an outstanding candidate who has a keen interest in analysing data, market updates on competitors whilst presenting findings and core board reporting activities related to the planning cycle.
Your key responsibilities will include: Lead analysis of the divisions results and the business planning community to better understand the key business drivers.
Engage with the broader business to enrich the financial analysis by developing an appreciation for business strategy, market trends and competitors position in the market.
Lead on insightful analysis / commentary through preparation of appropriate material for the target audience.
Take a lead role in ensuring consistency in process, data and reporting for the division.
