Job Details Leading a team of senior Finance colleagues in a centre of excellence for business partneringAct as the key link between Finance and assigned business unit, leading on providing expert advice and insight from Finance to key business stakeholdersWorking alongside Finance Business Partners in leading the delivery of expense budgeting and forecasting, managing the business to deliver outputs to Finance and overseeing financial modelling outputs, challenging teams to set suitably stretching plansSetting strategic direction with leadership for key financial deliverables, business and customer outcomesAccountable for ensuring assigned business areas are delivering operating expenses in line with Group three year plan, clearly articulating/providing insight on variances and challenging business units in order to course correctCollaborate with the business on creation of business cases and associated models, ensuring Commercial, Customer and operational benefits are clearly articulated, rationalised and are appropriately tracked post go live and challenge assumptions of proposals put forward by the business for maximum value and impact from deliverySetting direction of the team and ensuring adequate resources deployed effectivelyLeading and developing direct reports in order to deliver high quality service for the business and other Finance stakeholdersSkills we would love you to have Experience in delivery roles within Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in listed company environmentLeadership experience and ability to develop a team of finance professionalsExperience working with large and complex operational business areas (large customer facing/contact centres)Commercial acumen and ability to articulate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholdersProven ability to analyse numerical data with excellent report writing and communication skillsExposure to and ability to build strong relationships with Senior Leaders including at Executive levelWhat we offer Join us and you'll find a different way of doing things.
