Key Responsibilities: FP&A Ownership: Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
Ensure alignment with business goals and drive strategic decision-making.
Business Partnering: Work closely with key stakeholders across operations and senior leadership to provide financial insights that help shape business strategies, drive performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular financial performance reports, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
Cost Management & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost management, process improvements, and revenue enhancement, leveraging data-driven financial insights.
Decision Support: Lead analysis to evaluate potential outcomes of key business decisions and investment opportunities.
Strategic Support: Provide financial modelling and strategic support for new business initiatives, product launches, and key investments.
What We're Looking For: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and business partnering.
Experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with non-financial stakeholders and senior leaders.
A commercial, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive business growth, manage costs, and improve financial performance.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
