Senior Facilities Manager - Retail Space

I am supporting my client, a multi-tenanted retail destination on their search for a Senior Facilities Manager, due to the scale of the role it could be equivalent to those currently at Director or Head of level.
Managing a large multi-million budget, a team of 8-12 reports and a supply list of contractors in this varied facilities role.
Responsibilities will include: Developing annual budgets and presenting to senior stakeholders Implementing new sustainability measures and encouraging ideas from the teams Being familiar with onsite engineering and manage PPM schedules Managing public safety and ever evolving safety measure protocols Managing large scale refurb projects Managing relationships on surrounding site This role will involve some shift work and 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday every 2 months however does have the option to work 1 day per week from home.
