We are supporting them with their search for a talented and motivated Senior Exhibitions Project Manager to join their growing team.

Agency/ Exhibition experience is essential for this role Job Title : Senior Exhibition Project Manager Location: Remote (still a requirement to go on-site/ visit the Manchester office periodically) Company: Independent Growing Exhibition Design Agency Salary: Up to 55k-60k (DOE) Responsibilities: Manage the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions from start to finish Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and logistics Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded Develop and manage project budgets and timelines Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth running and problem resolution Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best value for the client Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment Proven track record of delivering successful, complex events with excellent project management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of event production, including audio-visual, lighting, and rigging Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and producing innovative and memorable events This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic and creative events agency, where you will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-profile events.
