With 550 dedicated individuals across 7 offices, we're looking for a Senior Exhibition Operations Manager to join our MA Exhibitions team in Herne Hill, London.
This hybrid role requires three days in-office at our Herne Hill location. We collaborate in the office Monday and Thursday and the third day is your choice. The starting salary is £50,000 DOE plus a bonus and benefits. We provide on-the-job training to ensure you're well-prepared and confident in your role.

You are looking for:
Proven Experience: At least 3 years in event operations, with hands-on experience leading exhibition operations and a strong understanding of the industry and venues.Attention to Detail: A careful approach to managing details, ensuring high-quality results, and the ability to handle multiple events, deadlines, and budgets efficiently.Problem-Solving Skills: A practical approach to overcoming challenges and implementing contingency plans when needed.Communication & Teamwork: Experience working closely with exhibition teams, including directors, marketing, sales, and finance, and building strong relationships with suppliers.Leadership Ability: You'll manage and support your team, helping them achieve their objectives while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.A Few Important Notes: Diversity & Inclusion: We value different backgrounds and perspectives.
