They are seeking a Senior Event Co-Ordinator to join their team and ensure seamless execution and logistical support for various shows.
Role Overview: As a Senior Event Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a small team to deliver exceptional logistics solutions for exhibitions.
This role involves close collaboration with exhibitors and internal teams to ensure the smooth movement of freight and show management.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics for events, including managing freight movement and customs documentation.
Lead and motivate exhibition co-ordinators to optimize team performance.
Oversee designated events, including overseas travel, and ensure revenue targets are met.
Provide operational guidance and support at exhibitor and organizer meetings.
Maintain high-quality administrative and procedural records.
Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications: Previous experience in event coordination, preferably in the exhibitions industry.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours when required.
