We have a solid client base that comprises all of the UKs leading construction companies.
Some of the Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for Groundworks and Concrete Frame opportunities within Commercial and Residential developments in and around London, with project values ranging from £1 million to £30 million.
Handle all aspects of tender compilation, ensuring accurate, comprehensive, and timely submissions for high-value bids Analyse construction documents, specifications, drawings and project requirements to deliver precise cost assessments Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather essential data and insights, ensuring accuracy and value in every estimate Manage bid processes, including all negotiations, to deliver competitive and profitable outcomes Requirements: A minimum of 3 years experience in an Estimator role Proven experience as an Estimator within the Construction Industry Familiarity with Industry standard contract forms such as NEC JCT.
