BASIC SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 BENEFITS: · Company Credit card · Car allowance · Healthcare · Free on site parking · Hybrid working · Flexible working hours LOCATION: Northamptonshire COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Raunds, Wellingborough, Kettering, Northampton, Huntingdon, St Neots, Bedford, Finedon, Thrapston, Rushden, Towcester, Corby, Peterborough, Irchester, Milton Keynes JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Estimator/ Electrical Services / Construction This is an estimator role where you will produce estimations for fit out projects for commercial and industrial clients.
The aim of the role is ensuring that the commercial aspect of the design fits real-world practicality.
In addition, you will be: · Managing the estimates for projects up to £10 million with an average between £500,000 and £1 million.
· Required to advise on elements of the design ensuring they are financially viable compared to the budget set and practical to create.
· Working closely with the project managers to ensure that the project is accurately costed.
· Assisting with the preparation of tender submissions, making sure the deadlines are met for the projects.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Senior Estimator / Electrical Services / Construction To be successful in becoming our new Estimator you will ideally have experience in estimating within an electrical environment.
Any experience or exposure to mechanical or full MEP would be advantageous.
You are required to go out onto site when required.
It is essential that you: · Are up to date with the 18th edition regulations book.
· Have knowledge of Ensign estimating software or similar.
· Have relevant qualification with in construction, engineering or a related field is advantageous.
· Are a multitasker managing multiple projects at one time.
