Senior Estimator

ROLE: Senior Estimator SALARY: £50,000 - £65,000 LOCATION: Brentwood We are currently on the search for an experienced Estimator for a Essex-based manufacturer of structural steelwork, balconies, staircases, and more, seeks an experienced estimator to join our team.
You'll play a pivotal role in preparing accurate cost estimates for metalwork projects, collaborating closely with clients, design teams, and project managers.
Key responsibilities include analysing project requirements, quantifying resources, obtaining competitive pricing, and contributing to cost-effective solutions.
**Requirements:** - Proven experience as an Estimator in architectural and structural metalwork.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
