The successful candidate will be responsible for producing performance management statistics and reports, as well as managing, processing and validating waste and environmental data.About the RoleWorking in a small, friendly team, you'll contribute towards the successful collation and processing of waste data, ensuring the County Council has the information it needs in order to fulfil its statutory duties as a Waste Disposal Authority.You will be responsible for managing data from a selection of the Council's contractors, making sure that we have data returns in good time, in support of statutory returns and the processing of invoices.
The successful applicant will be competent in Microsoft Excel, and will have the opportunity to learn how to use our bespoke software systems.
The work would suit someone with transferable data management skills.
Good communication skills are important, and a background in waste management would be advantageous.
