Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Senior Engineer in Information Security who will play a critical role in gathering, recovering, analysing, and reporting computer-based electronic evidence related to cybersecurity incidents.
This role will also be responsible for delivering expert technical insight for information security investigations along analysing and presenting digital evidence to combat cyber threats.
We are flexible on location due to this position being predominately remote.
There may be the occasional need to come to our UK Head Office in Northampton or European Head Office in London.
Pay, benefits and more: We're able to offer a salary of up to £70,000 per annum.

You'll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What you'll do on a typical day: Assist with cyber threat hunting to include malicious or anomalous activity across the business Conduct computer forensic examinations to include the collection, preservation, processing, and analysis of digital evidence.
This will include conducting internal investigations as well as network related investigations You will be part of the CIRT (Cyber Incident Response Team) where you will work with other members of the core incident response team and stakeholders in the incident response lifecycle Work with other team members to develop Cyber Threat Intelligence.
The intelligence will be gathered, and made into actionable data, which will be disseminated and used to establish threats against the GXO network Develop and test new tools to help facilitate the security of the GXO network What you need to succeed at GXO: Excellent knowledge of Access Control Systems and Methodology Including Telecommunications and Network Security understanding Applications and Systems Development Security IT service Management The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent understanding of MS suite Methodical with an eye for detail We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
