Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Parkside Recruitment are looking for a Senior Energy Assessor/Sustainability Engineer to join our clients Oxford team!
About: Our client specialises in building physics and engineering, working across sectors including heritage, education, healthcare, and commercial developments.
Their goal is to design buildings that enhance both occupant well-being and environmental performance.
Responsibilities: Collaborate on projects from inception to handover.
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare energy assessments.
Write reports for planning submissions.
Use tools like IES Software to support project designs.
Mentor junior team members and engage with clients effectively.
Essential: Degree in a relevant subject.
3-5 years' experience in building services design.
Strong knowledge of Part L, Part O, DFE standards, and SAP10/Net Zero requirements.
Proficiency in IES Software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Desirable: Familiarity with design and modelling software (training provided).
Own transport and a valid driving license.
