As the business continues to grow, an opportunity for a new Battery Storage (BESS) subject matter expert has arisen, to lead & originate new opportunities through the UK, spanning BESS & Renewable Energy. ResponsibilitiesMarket analysis & strategy development for revenue streams spanning BESS & Renewable Energy.
Product development of cutting-edge renewable and battery storage solutions, collaborating closely with teams in pricing, trading, marketing, and legal to bring products from initial concept to successful commercial execution.
Identification of project opportunities, leads & potential new emerging Clients.
Technical origination, speaking with clients about product needs & solution development.
Commercial negotiation, pricing & securing agreements (with support from wider commercial & finance teams).
Support the negotiation & execution of contracts. Actively contribute to business unit growth through product and service development.
Requirements5+ years of experience in the energy sector – ideally with a wealth of exposure to BESS / Flexible Assets.
Commercially astute.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex matters in clear language, both internally and with clients directly.
Hybrid Working (3 x days in office / 2 x days from home).
