Role description: As the Senior Email Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our email marketing efforts, responsible for creating and optimising data-driven campaigns that move prospects through the funnel and turn customers into brand advocates. You'll take ownership of the entire email strategy, collaborating with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to lead initiatives that shape how we communicate with top global companies.

What you will do: Lead Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven email strategy to nurture leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase engagement at every stage of the customer lifecycle. Campaign Management: Design, build, and optimise automated email campaigns for product launches, onboarding, promotions, and lifecycle marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Optimise Campaign Performance: Analyse performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and use insights to implement A/B testing and other optimisation strategies that increase engagement and ROI. Database Segmentation & Growth: Ensure the email list is healthy and compliant with GDPR. Grow and maintain segmented lists to improve personalisation and deliverability. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to create integrated campaigns that accelerate the sales funnel and boost product adoption. Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to craft high-converting email copy and visuals that align with our brand voice and drive engagement. You will be a great fit if: 5+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven expertise with email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and marketing automation tools. Data-Driven: You leverage data to optimise strategies and aren't afraid to experiment to drive better results. Collaborative and Strategic: You excel at working across teams to create campaigns that align with business goals and brand voice.
