We are seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer to help drive the expansion of a design department and develop hardware and embedded software for a new and an expanding product range.
The role will be in-charge of developing products and team members, both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities: - Designing Firmware and embedded software for use within the organisation's products lines.
- Providing technical guidance to team members - Collaborating with various engineering disciplines within the organisation - Lead on Identifying areas of improvement and assist implementing new processes.

Good exposure in design validation process – FMEA, DFM.
Experience in the creation of supporting design documentation, development reports, BoM, build packs Experience of firmware unit, integration, and system testing.
