Service Care Solutions is working with a local authority, based in Norfolk , which needs a senior education lawyer to handle SEND legal matters on behalf of the Council.

This is a 6-month rolling contract.
It can be done on a hybrid basis (open to discussion).
The Responsibilities Of The Senior Education Lawyer Role: To manage a full caseload from inception to completion relating to SEND law matters Cases will include SEND, Tribunals, Disability Discrimination, School exclusions, judicial reviews and admission appeals Prepare and attend SEND tribunals Benefits Included With The Senior Education Lawyer Position: Hybrid working Flexible working hours Weekly pay We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
