A giant in the luxury beauty industry is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to be based in London.
The Senior Ecommerce Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our online DTC business, based in London.
Key responsibilities: Website Management Deliver marketing calendar, launching new products and promotional activities.
Oversee site merchandising based on stock movements and product performance.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports on onsite activity.
Identify trends to optimise performance and suggest revenue opportunities.
Use Google Analytics and Shopify for sales and customer experience optimisation.
Highlight sales and conversion trends; execute content plans to enhance user experience.
Plan promotional activities and communicate with internal/external teams.
Manage website roadmap to improve conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Digital Marketing Manage email marketing calendar and overall performance strategy.
Handle copywriting, artwork briefing, and campaign execution.
Oversee third-party product feed optimisation for platforms like Google Shopping.
Assist with management of PPC and paid media agencies.
Maintain affiliate databases and provide promotional suggestions to grow the channel.
Prepare for strategy meetings with agencies and internal teams.
Stay updated on Ecommerce trends and competitive landscape.
Customer Experience Optimise mobile and desktop websites to meet sales and conversion targets.
Project manage digital development agency for website enhancements.
Communicate regularly with Customer Services and cross-functional teams for optimal customer experience.
Analyse customer service insights to identify trends and improvement areas.
Operations Coordinate with Supply & Operations to ensure accurate stock levels.
Produce stock forecasts and conduct system checks for transaction processing.
Analyse DTC business performance for revenue growth opportunities.
Contribute to overall business strategy and report on web/marketing performance.
Support Ecommerce operations and commercial teams as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical and literacy skills, effective written communication, and advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
They should have proven experience in ecommerce, with a solid understanding of the fulfilment process, especially within the Beauty industry.
Familiarity with platforms like Magento 2, Shopify Plus, and Klaviyo, along with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, is essential.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a commercial mindset, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach to multitasking and enhancing our customer experience while embodying our values.
