Senior Ecologist Competitive salary (hybrid working) Hampshire Allen & York are thrilled to be working with a leading ecological consultancy based in Hampshire.
The team of highly experienced ecologists work on a range of exciting projects across the UK spanning housing, public sector and infrastructure developments.
Our client is looking for an innovative Senior Ecologist to manage large and complex projects.
You'll need to hold a degree in a relevant subject and have membership to CIEEM.
With extensive experience of working in an ecological consultancy, you'll hold at least two Natural England protected species class licences or be progressing towards this.
With the ability to demonstrate your experience of managing complex and large-scale projects, you'll have knowledge of relevant UK and European legislation, policy and guidance.
An excellent communicator, you'll have great interpersonal skills and be a strong team player.
The successful candidate will provide a mentoring role to junior members of the team, providing advice and guidance to mentored staff members, encouraging them to fulfil their own personal development and career progression.
You will require a full UK driving licence for this role.
