Thanks to continued growth and new opportunities, this established leader in natural solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Ecological Consultant to join their talented team in Oxfordshire, near Banbury.
About the role: As Senior Ecological Consultant you'll be providing specialist ecological input on a variety of projects whilst supporting the wider team with advice on ecological surveys, strategies and mitigation.
With a wide variety of projects and a growing number of non-development clients, your wider understanding on environmental net gain and land management will be key.
This is a great opportunity to develop your management skills, as you'll be line managing and assisting in the training and mentorship of junior team members, promoting a culture of trust, collaboration and development.
Salary & Benefits: This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, with flexible hours and hybrid working available.
