The Erasure world tour, Dior, DC10 in Ibiza, Next plc, Mulberry and BMW are just some projects our customers have delivered using our products.We're growing fast and are looking for ambitious people looking to further their career in e-commerce.Things you'll be doing Manage and optimise the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform BigCommerce and 3rd party integrations including product listings, pricing, search and merchandising and stock monitoringEnsuring the website is kept up-to-date including navigation, banners, new in products/brands, category pages and technical documentationDevelop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to improve website performance, customer engagement, and sales conversionsProduct feed optimisation through our 3rd partyCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product and Technical to ensure seamless online experienceOversee digital marketing agencies aligning PPC & Paid Social activity with the wider business prioritiesImplement A/B testing procedures to optimise user experience and sales funnels/CROAnalyse web analytics and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisationMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and e-commerce best practicePerformance reporting to the wider businessSkills we need 4+ years in an e-commerce/digital marketing roleAmbitious and commercially astuteTechnically minded.
