As Senior Digital Planning & Performance Manager in the Digital Modernisation and Efficiency Business Management Team.
Your role will be : Considering, understanding and analysing large amounts of information, summarising into key points to share with a range of audiences, providing regular focused reports which add insight to inform senior decision making.
Applying interpretative and constructive thought to the design and implementation of performance indicators and products which measure, and track deliverables outlined in a Business Plan that you were instrumental in developing.
You will develop, design and communicate business plans that achieve key strategic benefits including aspects such as people, technology and financial implications.
Working with a wide range of stakeholders providing advice and recommendations based on analysis of available information.
Supporting Senior Management and Digital Directors in interdepartmental and external discussions relating to Digital Audits.
Managing Strategic and functional risks ensuring mitigations deliver the desired outcomes.
Supporting the development of the Business Management Job Family and Business Services Practice, assisting the Head of Role to build capability by coaching, identifying training and setting standards and frameworks.
You will also lead a multi-disciplined team located across various Digital Hub locations, providing regular strategic direction and reporting directly to the Head of Business Management in Digital Modernisation and Efficiency where you will work closely to achieve set objectives.

Experience of strong people leadership in capability development, including coaching, training and setting standards and frameworks.
Experience of analysing, forecasting and planning workforce supply and demand.

This job role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is where an employee works part of the week in their DWP office and part of the week from home.

Salary Information Pay for this role is from 55,557 - 66,058.
