Senior DevOps Engineer Portsmouth / Hybrid (on site 1-2 days per fortnight) Contract until end of March 2025 £700 p/d Umbrella SC Clearance Required About Us Our client is looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to enhance our CI/CD processes and support our AI/ML initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, training, and release processes.
Foster a DevOps culture that emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Enhance the developer experience by leveraging Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Ensure secure software delivery by adhering to the Secure Software Delivery Lifecycle (SSDLC).
Qualifications: Proven experience in DevOps practices, particularly with CI/CD.
5+ years' experience.
Strong background in Software Engineering.
Familiarity with secure and air-gapped environments is a plus.
Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda).
Experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD management.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
