Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go) for automation and system management.
Monitoring & Logging: Strong experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and familiarity with APM tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic).
Security-Minded: Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
