Senior Development Officer 37 Hours Per Week Salary: £37,051 - £41,801 About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Development Officer to join our team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme and manage our new developments on site.
In this rewarding role you willwork closely with the Development Managers to ensure delivery as per agreed specification, on time and within budget.
You will achieve this through leading and managing your team, promoting collaborative team working and encouraging innovative thinking.
This exciting opportunity will suit motivated individual who have excellent a communication and organizational skills, is an effective negotiator and has a proven ability to problem solve.
About you: You will have a third level qualification in a property/construction related subject AND 3 years recent experience in a property/construction environment (within the last 8 years) OR 5 years recent experience in a property/construction related environment (within the last 8 years) You will have practical experience of managing Professional Consultants in accordance with their appointed scope of services.

It is a hybrid role where you will have the option to work from home 2 days a week with the remaining 3 based mainly at our Belfast City Centre office.
