Identifying any potential risks relating to clients' objectives and requirements and accommodating the potential for future change.
Collaborating with all stakeholders and our internal project teams to ensure design remains within budget and is technically competent to the client need/brief.
Communicating key aspects of the design to obtain client 'sign-offs' at each work stage.
Professionally and effectively presenting commercial benefits to clients.
Effectively and efficiently communicating progress of the design to internal project teams and relevant external parties.
Working effectively with the junior designers, helping to guide and mentor them.
Being fully aware of design, direction, and legislative issues within the industry.
Understanding the importance of creativity and innovation in developing a workplace solution.
Knowledge of and an interest in creating sustainable design solutions and key legislation surrounding them.
Staying informed on new business trends and best practices.
Actively participating in the development of the business.
Required Skills & Attributes ... Previous experience in D&B would be beneficial.
Fluent in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite - knowledge of other relevant Auto Desk packages such as Autodesk Construction Cloud would also be beneficial.
Confident and experienced in a client-facing position, with a high level of presentation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, especially on work for pitches and tenders.
A good technical understanding and skill with attention to detail.
Excellent commercial awareness and communication, written and verbal.
Ability to manage your own time and that of relevant others responsibly and effectively.
Ability to create a common sense of team and purpose and take ownership for achieving personal and team objectives.
Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement.

If you're a Senior Designer who resonates with the above, or a Senior Designer who has already gained experience in this capacity and wants to specialise, our client would love to hear from you, so please apply today with your CV/Portfolio.
