Senior Designer - Girlswear Location: Melbourne (Relocation/Visa covered by the brand) We're looking for a talented Senior Designer with expertise in designing premium girlswear collections to create exceptional ranges for a well know global womenswear brand.
What You'll Do: Lead Design Direction : Drive the creative vision for girlswear , blending trend-forward ideas with the brand's identity.
Elevate Ranges : Focus on sophisticated finishes, unique silhouettes, and premium fabrics to deliver standout collections.
Trend-Led Innovation : Keep a pulse on emerging trends and react quickly to ensure the ranges remain ahead of the market.
Collaborative Creation : Work closely with suppliers, pattern makers, and machinists to bring your designs to life.
Range Development : Build balanced, commercially strong ranges that resonate with the customer.
Ideal candidate: Experience : 5+ years designing girlswear/womenswear, with deep knowledge of fabrications, garment construction, and market trends.
Visionary Thinking : A passion for creating innovative, high-quality designs with commercial appeal.
Skills : Proficiency in design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, CAD) and strong understanding of the critical path.
