Senior Designer - Fire Systems

Our client manufactures a wide range of electrical products such as switchgear lighting controls wiring and electrical accessories for residential industrial and commercial projects.
Requirements Lead the design team and overseeing the creation of system designs CAD drawings for emergency lighting and fire suppression systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant building standards and regulations in relation to the products above.
Carry out site survey to determine correct product specifications and design proposals.
Manage design doentation and maintain design records.
Work alongside the sales and commissioning teams to schedule system installations.
Benefits Strong background in electrical fire and security design.
Strong experience with CAD software technical drawings and layouts.
Strong understanding of British Standards building regulations/EN codes.
Knowledge of construction ods and commissioning of the products.
Leadership experience within a design function.
