GRAHAM is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Design Manager to spearhead design and technical teams for projects and tenders across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee building projects from delivery to completion.
Manage multidisciplinary consultancies and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Lead the design process with a focus on buildability and efficiency.
Prepare and manage detailed design and procurement programmes.
Chair design and technical meetings, ensuring alignment with budget, programme, and technical constraints.
Identify and manage design-associated risks and value engineering opportunities.
Coordinate subcontractor design processes and approvals.
Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking a candidate with: Proven experience in a similar role with a main contractor.
