Senior Design Manager

*Senior Design Manager, Oxfordshire* As a result of their continued successful growth this hugely successful contractor is currently seeking a Senior Design Manager to assist in heading up their Northern division.
This well-established business has a reputation for building award winning schemes, especially within the public sector.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of Design Managers working on remediation projects whilst also running their own scheme.
It is therefore essential that applicants have experience managing and mentoring staff whilst also being hands-on in running RC-Framed, residential projects autonomously.
This role would suit Senior Technical or Design Managers with residential or mixed-use experience within a similar developer or main contractor and must be knowledgeable in current regulations, in particular fire regulations and the BSR.
Experienced Technical and Design Managers will also be considered who are open to learning more about the Gateways and applications for high-risk buildings.
