Product Design Team – London or Stockholm About the Role As a Senior Design Manager at Acast, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our marketplace platform, which connects advertisers with audiences across multiple creator channels. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you'll work closely with product and engineering leads to shape the target customer experience across our platform, ensuring it meets both advertiser and creator needs. You will integrate key market insights into strategic design initiatives to foster a cohesive user experience that resonates with both advertisers and creators.
You'll lead a team of 4-5 passionate designers, provide guidance, encourage growth through regular feedback and coordinate design reviews.
Acast is committed to building a competitive, seamless marketplace platform interface to rival top-tier products like Spotify Ad Studio and TikTok for Creators. Your work will advance our Creator Hub and self-serve ad-buying platform, enhancing audience insights, and monetization features, and uniting these initiatives into a unified marketplace experience.
