Senior Design Engineer

You're a proven Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive design knowledge, always aligning to the key principles of design and development.
You support current and new product projects requiring engineering input, engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.
This innovative and forward-thinking organisation offers multi-disciplinary engineering support to key projects within the UK.
As part of this role, you'll be: Leading and mentoring a team of junior engineers, supporting in all aspects of design tasks and live work projects. Proficient with Solidworks OR Inventor. Producing technical reports detailing work including structural calculations and Finite Element Analysis. Innovating and developing customised solutions and designs. Ideally, you'll have: A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. Demonstrated work experience within an oil & gas/renewables or advanced composites related industry. Experience and knowledge of subsea structural analysis and validation methods. Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
