Senior Data Operations Specialist

I am seeking a Senior Data Operations Specialist to support a thriving Data Operations team in delivering excellence on complex client projects.
In this pivotal role, you'll bring expertise to manage data tasks, provide Level 3 escalation support, and lead custom data workflows across platforms like Relativity and DISCO.
Key Responsibilities: Lead custom client projects involving data migration, custom scripting, and load file generation.
Offer consultation to clients, project managers, and analysts to streamline workflows and uphold best practices.
Manage data ingress/egress using industry-leading eDiscovery tools (Relativity, DISCO, etc.).
Ensure quality control, compliance with department standards, and proactively resolve potential issues.
Create and configure eDiscovery databases , track task progress, and ensure clear communication across teams.
Drive innovation by testing new tools, workflows, and procedures while supporting ongoing projects.
Essential Skills & Experience: 4+ years in a law firm or eDiscovery setting with advanced Relativity expertise .
Certifications in Relativity, DISCO, Nuix, Brainspace, or related tools are preferred.
Exceptional client-service orientation , and adept at learning new software tools.
Familiarity with EDRM cycle troubleshooting and solid understanding of operating systems and networking.
Strong team collaborator with a proven track record in independent task ownership .
