* I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Agile Coach to join their team As Agile Coach, your main responsibilities are: Guiding teams through their Agile Journey Instilling Agile Principles and practices, fostering continuous improvement Coaching, within Product and Programme delivery Support Agile Training and development of self-managed learning site Engaging stakeholders and shaping transformation, using data metrics to measure performance and maturity, monitoring core KPIs and value Agile frameworks, change management, Coaching, Mentoring and Training Experience with Scaling Agile Frameworks Knowledge of DevOps principles and Practices Familiarity with Agile Tools and software (JIRA/Lucid) Contechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
