As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with the commercial team, focusing on effectively communicating the product's value and fostering deep, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
This role will require 2-3 days per week in-office, working alongside the wider commercial team in London.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, positioning yourself as the expert on industry trends and the company's unique value proposition Clearly communicate the product's value, proactively address client needs, and resolve challenges to ensure a positive client experience Develop a thorough understanding of each client's structure and objectives to align solutions with their priorities Lead renewals and identify risks, driving adoption and engagement to minimize churn and increase value Collaborate with the commercial and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, drive product adoption, and advocate for client needs Who You Are 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment, managing enterprise clients, ideally in a startup or scale-up Skilled at building strong connections with senior client contacts and influencing key decision-makers to drive impactful outcomes Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and supporting long-term client success Proactive and solutions-focused, addressing client needs to foster positive experiences What We Offer £80k Salary + £20k On Target Bonus Employee stock options to share in the company's success Top-tier private health insurance and enhanced parental leave 25 days of annual leave, plus public holidays Hybrid work model from their central London HQ (2-3 days per week)
