Senior Customer Service Administrator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Onsite - Head office Salary: £27,040 per annum Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover Hours: 35 hours per week The West Brom are looking to recruit a Senior Customer Service Administrator on a 12 Month Fixed term maternity cover.
The post holder will support the Team Leader in leading and managing the Team to deliver all business and personal objectives and will also act as a point of referral and support for the Administrators.
They will share responsibility for all aspects of Team performance and development, which will be achieved through working with the Team Leader and other Seniors.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Operations Team to deliver 'proactive' strategies, enabling us to 'react' to the needs of our members (new and existing).
Ensure a flexible, dynamic, and efficient operational function, able to respond to a fast-moving market whilst delivering consistent quality service.
Ensure the Team are multi-skilled to allow resources to be directed where required to meets SLA's Manage, coach, develop and empower Agents to maximise talent, increase motivation, decision making and engagement and drive performance and productivity, ensuring the successful delivery of their objectives and good customer outcomes.
Effective management of all areas of risk across operations Management and prioritisation of own and Team workloads Skills and Experience Required: Work collaboratively with other Seniors to make the best use of resources to manage workloads effectively and efficiently.
Continue to develop Agent's skillsets to drive efficiencies and enhancements to processes and procedures Provide a good Customer journey with good Customer outcomes Drive a high level of performance through engagement, motivation and coaching.
Deliver effective communication sessions to inspire, engage and inform the Team.
Be proactive in managing risk Good Understanding of Cash ISA's and Regulatory requirements Effective time management skills An ability to respond positively to working within a pressurised environment A positive attitude and personal drive What's in it for you?
