Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role/ Senior managment, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of effectively managing customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in CRM/ Excel software and Microsoft Office Suite.
