Talent Frame are pleased to be working with one of the UK's most high profile start-ups on an interim CRM specialist position.
This role is based in central London and is hybrid working (3 days a week in the office).
The role will include the following responsibilities: Help to implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company's strategic growth goals Analyse customer data to gain insights to improve customer journeys and increase engagement Manage email campaigns to promote products and improve customer usage/retention Keep up to speed with the latest tools and trends for optimising CRM capabilities The successful candidate must have the following: Proven experience in a CRM specific position, with a focus on implementation Experience in a high growth B2C start-up / scale-up environment would be advantageous, or for a leading consumer brand dealing with high profile email campaigns Strong understanding of CRM principles, practices, and technologies, including CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation Fintech sector experience a plus You will ideally be available immediately, or within a couple of weeks notice If we receive a high number of applications, we may need to close earlier than advertised so get your application in quickly!
