About the Role: We're looking for a Senior CRM/Data Planner to join our dynamic team.
In this client-facing role, you'll lead CRM campaigns, consult on consumer data initiatives, and help solve complex marketing challenges.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to transform data-driven insights into actionable strategies, all while inspiring others through engaging presentations.
You will work with a key client across multiple brands so this role has lots of variety.
Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative data strategies, campaign plans, and consumer journeys.
Confidently present proposals and insights to senior clients, crafting compelling narratives.
Translate business requirements into actionable outputs, including marketing strategies and technical solutions.
Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and address potential challenges.
What We're Looking For: Experience working in CRM and data plannng ideally with some gained within a marketing, CRM, or data agency Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex ideas and captivate audiences.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of data sources, relational databases, and integrating digital/social data into CRM programs.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for innovation.
