DescriptionREFY are looking for a driven and motivated Senior Creator Partnerships Executive to join the Creator Partnership and Brand Marketing team. The Senior Creator Partnerships Executive will have a strong understanding of brand and what this means for REFY. They will play a leading role in shaping the creator partnerships channel and strategy; driving content, results and brand growth. They will work to support the overall marketing strategy that aligns and inspires as part of a fast-growing and innovative beauty brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Creator Partnerships strategy, to support a brand first approach that inspires and influences using a robust understanding of the REFY persona in key territories to develop this. Work with the Partnerships Manager to set out messaging, focuses and KPIs per quarter that support a 360 business approach. Support the growth of team members, ensuring OKRs are being met and campaigns are delivered on time. Drive engagement through creator partnerships, to create best in class content and loyalty within this community. Lead on supporting the development of an affiliate programme for creators. Oversee inventory management and coordination, delivery, and tracking for all partnerships shipments, working closely with internal and external teams. Lead analytical post campaign business reporting, providing insights to optimise future campaigns and strategy. Coordinate budgets with the Partnerships Manager and Creator Partnerships Executive to ensure budget spends remain within forecast, with a clear understanding of current spend and budget at all times. Drive clear channel performance goals with a clear understanding of what "good" looks like in order to measure performance accurately. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 3+ years proven experience leading creator partnerships with a deep understanding of influencer marketing and brand alignment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, developing quarterly messaging and KPIs with the Partnerships Manager that support overall business goals. Expertise in driving engagement through creator partnerships, developing high quality content, and fostering loyalty within the creator community.
