Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager, to join our busy and expanding Birmingham office, supporting our clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across the West Midlands working on a variety of projects in a wide range of sectors including, Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential. This role will suit someone with a proven track record of delivery with an aspiration to progress their career. Qualifications Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards) would be preferable Excellent written and oral communication skills Inquisitive and problem solving skill base Demonstrable cost management experience working at a consultancy Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
