An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a top UK law firm seeking a Tax Specialist for its Corporate Tax team.
The team, ranked highly by legal directories, provides expert advice on corporate transactions, property tax, employee share incentives, and tax planning.Key responsibilities include:Advising on tax aspects of corporate and property transactionsProviding guidance on VAT, SDLT/LBTT, capital allowances, and tax structuringSupporting tax planning, restructuring, and employee share schemesParticipating in client updates, seminars, and business development activitiesCandidates should have a minimum of 4 years' PQE with relevant experience, a strong interest in tax, excellent communication, and business development skills.This full-time role can be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh and offers the change to join a dynamic team and grow your career in a supportive environment.
